Q: What is BiBWorks Express?
A: BiBWorks Express is a delivery service that allows you to send items, such as documents, gifts, personal belongings to your friends and family, anywhere in the U.S. We also offer a business delivery service in which you can send any document, computer, or business equipment you wish to your business partners and associates. We also have partnerships with various retail stores to purchase items and have them delivered to your doorstep.
Q: What are your pick-up and delivery hours?
A: What is great about our service is that our team of drivers will assist you whenever you need it. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, upon city curfews and restrictions.
Q: Where is BiBWorks Express available?
A: Our BiBWorks Express services are available in selected cities in Orange County:
• Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Costa Mesa and Santa Ana
Q: Can I send large packages?
A: Yes, our personalized delivery offers a variety of deals that will suit what you need. If you need a hand with some furniture or any heavy lifting, our drivers will make sure your items are handled carefully.
Q: How long does it take you to deliver?
A: The delivery depends on the type of task you require. However, we will connect you to the nearest tasker if you need us to pick-up and deliver something right away. You can likewise monitor the package in real-time.
Q: Can I make more than one BiBWorks Express booking?
A: Yes, you can now schedule multiple deliveries that can be for that same day or a specific day in the future. Just personalize your booking, and BiBWorks will deliver your items.
Q: Can I book an errand service for someone else?
A: Yes. If you need to book an errand that is not necessarily for you, you don’t need to worry. Simply include specific instructions in your personalized errand and we will make it for you and your loved ones.
Q: Do you offer e-receipts for my orders?
A: When you sign up with your email, you will automatically receive an e-receipt upon completing the delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or change the details of my order?
A: Our platform allows you to communicate with the driver during the journey. If you have to change the place in which they need to deliver, you can communicate the changes or cancel it. However, if the driver has already initiated the journey, any changes may be subject to additional charges.
Q: How far in advance can I place my delivery?
A: You can schedule your pick-up and delivery within 30 days before they drop off.
